15. Faith Policy **Under Review)

"Faith" for the first time, is within USA policy suggestions. (USA Federal Policy) We are a U.S.A. based entity and comply with suggestions of having such 'Faith" policy. We allow time for Prayers, etc... in the workplace per suggestions. We are updating our policy on this matter.

-We honor the shared principles of the Faith tradition as they can be documented of best that has flowed through humanity since human beings/life have been present on Earth.

-Core foundational tenets are part of our “Faith” policy, as suggested by the USA authorities to recognize such rights to practice Faith.

-Thus far, all agree regarding our volunteers and/or paid positions, to allow practice of “Faith” from volunteers and stipend and/or paid staff of all stripes:

1. **Monotheism**: One God

2. **Submission to God**: Complete surrender to divine will, guiding all aspects of life.

3. **Prophethood**:  Reverence for prophets, from earliest known to latest off Abrahamic Faith such as Yeshua, the Aramaic form of Jesus' name, used in the Aramaic language he likely spoke in 1st-century Judea. It derives from the Hebrew Yehoshua (Joshua), meaning "salvation."   Jesus’ full name in the Aramaic language he likely spoke in 1st-century Judea is Yeshua bar Yosef (ישוע בר יוסף). In Aramaic, "bar" means "son of," indicating his father, Yosef (Joseph). This reflects the naming convention of the time, as seen in biblical and historical sources.  Unlike Arabic, which often includes extended lineage (e.g., Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul Muttalib), Aramaic and Hebrew naming typically included only the father’s name. Thus, Yeshua bar Yosef is the most complete form of his name in the context of his native Aramaic, with no older linguistic variant applicable, as Aramaic and Hebrew were the primary languages of his region and era.

And the last known written about...Muhammad's  or Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim (محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد المطلب بن هاشم). This reflects his lineage: "ibn" means "son of," tracing his father (Abdullah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib), and great-grandfather (Hashim). This is the standard naming convention in Arabic, and no older linguistic variant (e.g., Aramaic) applies, as Muhammad lived in 7th-century Arabia where Arabic was the primary language.

4. **Sacred Scripture**: Adherence to divinely revealed texts as sources of moral and spiritual guidance.

5. **Prayer and Worship**: Commitment to regular prayer and rituals to strengthen Spiritual connection.

6. **Charity and Compassion**: Obligation to give generously and show kindness to all.  ( ex. Churches, Mouse, etc... should be first "Givers" to the needy in the congregation)

7. **Accountability and Afterlife**: Belief in divine judgment and eternal consequences of actions.

8. **Pilgrimage and Reverence**: Respect for holy places, with pilgrimage to sacred sites as an act of devotion when travel is possible.

16. General Conduct -- Employees & Volunteers
Online-Offline Conduct self in way that honor our values, while engaging thoughtfully. Here is guidance:

  1. Reflect Commitment in Your Presence: Use profile details (e.g., bio, photos) that subtly affirm your taken status, like mentioning your partner or family, without oversharing. Avoid flirtatious or ambiguous content that could send mixed signals.
  2. Maintain Modesty and Propriety: Share posts that align with traditional values—focus on family, faith, or wholesome interests. Avoid revealing photos or overly personal details that might invite unwanted attention.
  3. Set Boundaries with Interactions: Be cautious with private messages or friend requests, especially from unknown men or women. Politely redirect or disengage from any inappropriate advances. Publicly, keep conversations respectful and avoid one-on-one exchanges that could be misinterpreted.
  4. Honor Your Partner: Avoid venting about relationship issues online, as this can dishonor your partner and invite unsolicited opinions. Instead, share positive moments that celebrate your commitment, like anniversaries or shared values.
  5. Engage with Intent: Contribute to discussions that reflect your principles, such as faith, homemaking, or community. In debates, stay calm and factual, avoiding emotional or divisive exchanges that could misrepresent your character.
  6. Protect Privacy and Safety: Limit sharing personal details about your relationship, home, or schedule to maintain discretion and protect your partner’s privacy. Use privacy settings to control who sees your content.
  7. Join Supportive Communities: Connect with groups or accounts that share your conservative, traditional values—focus on family, faith, or relationship-oriented content. Avoid toxic or hyper-sexualized spaces that clash with your principles.
  8. Balance Online and Real Life: Prioritize time with your partner and offline responsibilities over social media. Let your online conduct complement your role as a committed partner, not compete with it.
  9. Handle Attention with Grace: If faced with inappropriate comments or advances, respond firmly but politely, or ignore and block as needed. Your dignity and loyalty speak louder than confrontation.

17. Gifting:

1.Giving to help others is natural.  All the volunteers give.

18. H.I.T.L. is defined as Human In The Loop.

19.  Ancestral Jurisdiction:

Refers to the cultural and spiritual authority rooted in the heritage, traditions, and wisdom of a community's forebears, guiding present and future generations.

It emphasizes the universal respect for lineage and collective identity shared by all peoples, connecting them to their history and values, without implying the "worship" of ancestors as THE CREATOR..

It honors the legacy of every group, from the mighty ONE GOD/CREATOR to the diverse tapestry of human ancestry, fostering unity and pride in shared roots of humanity.

It is a unifying acknowledgment of ALL THE BEST of ancestral legacies. Be proud of you clan. It's is a birthright.
