These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration in The United States of America, in accordance with the rules of the The United States of America Constitution.  You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

The Website is operated from The United States of America. If you access the Website from outside The United States of America. you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.

15. Faith Policy

As "Faith" is also part of the US, and other countries policies... we took a survey. We are in agreement with the Founder, the we have the following: 1- God is one. 2. - The prophets known & unknown.  3. The Holy Books/Scriptures  4. Prayer  5. Charity  6. Respect Holy Places.   We find no theological reason to argue amongst the Abrahamic Faiths, nor others... IF traced back to the very first writings.  *We leave that to the historians and theologians to debate. :-)  .Amen! Its written in the stone.
